Here is Umesh’s Samarpanam to Sri Sivan SAR!

Sri SAR sketch done with “Typography” technique using “Siva Saagarathil Alaigal” contents for writing.

Blessed to share with you all sketch of Sri Sivan SAR (younger brother of Mahaperiyava). Did the basic sketch of Sri SAR in March 2016 during HIS Aaradhana, left without completing. A week ago, suddenly a thought came to complete Sri SAR’s sketch as His Jayanthi is approaching, in “Typography” technique instead of regular painting.

2-3 years before, received a book on Sri SAR from Sri Sivaraman sir. The book is “Siva Saagaraththil Sila Alaigal” complied by Sri Ganesa Sarma mama, selected contents to write on the sketch. The book has a photo of Sri SAR’s original hand writing. On seeing that, thought of writing the entire content in Sri SAR’s hand writing, practiced couple of pages, but could not reproduce the kind of clarity and sharpness in His hand writing. So, wrote the content in my hand writing itself.
