Experience with MahaPeriyava By Sri Vashista Guha Swamigal:
“Periyava innum irundundedaan irukka” What a eye-opening statement! Nothing less than an upadesham! Just that we don’t have the gift of sight to see Him now.
Both the interviews part 1 & 2 with Sri Jayaraman and Mami are to be preserved and seen and heard repeatedly whenever possible because we can experience the presence of Periyaval throughout the talks. I had the great fortune of serving under Sri Jayaraman for many years. He was my boss but in reality both of us had that bigger and greater Boss – Maha Periyaval – whom I had the fortune of having the Darsan along with Sri Jayaraman many times. Every time we went together I have seen Periyava taking special care and enquiring Sri Jayaraman about the welfare of ourselves and the family members . There is an unexplainable bondage, love and dedication to Periyava with us. That is what we both believe and have the great conviction that is keeping us live every second of our life and keep us going on. I had the great fortune of hearing the several of the personal experiences of Sri Jayaraman with Periyava. Sri Jayaraman, himself an encyclopaedia of high spiritual learning, is an asset to all of us. Several times I have requested him to write a book of his Life and Experiences. He can give varied, vivid and accurate accounts of several temples of Tamil Nadu, and even others, which I wish he must bring out in a book form.
Having that great fortune of experiencing the blessings of Maha Periyava, in each and every breath, Sri Jayaraman is a blessed soul and he and his family will be taken good care of with the blessings of Maha Periyava perpetually.
