புகழ்மின் தொழுமின் பூப்புனைமின்
புயங்கன் தாளே புந்திவைத்திட்
டிகழ்மின் எல்லா அல்லலையும்
இனியோர் இடையூ றடையாமே
திகழுஞ் சீரார் சிவபுரத்துச்
சென்று சிவன்தாள் வணங்கிநாம்
நிகழும் அடியார் முன்சென்று
நெஞ்சம் உருகி நிற்போமே.
நாம் இனிமேல் ஒரு துன்பம் வந்து சேராவண்ணம் விளங்குகின்ற சிறப்பமைந்த சிவபுரத்துக்குப் போய், சிவபெருமான் திருவடியை வணங்கி அங்கே வாழும் அடியார் முன்னே சென்று மனம் உருகி நிற்போம்; அதற்குப் பாம்பணிந்த பெருமான் திருவடியைப் புகழுங்கள்; வணங்குங்கள். அவைகளுக்கு மலர் சூட்டுங்கள்; அவற்றையே நினைவில் வைத்துக் கொண்டு பிற எல்லாத் துன்பங்களையும் இகழுங்கள்.
